MARK'S BIG WEEKEND AT THE CMC ROCKS THE HUNTER FESTIVAL!!
It is going to be a big weekend for
Mark Wells as he prepares for CMC Rocks the Hunter.
Mark will be attending the CMC Music Awards on Friday
the 4th March, were he is nominated for CMC New Oz Artist
of the Year.
Mark will then play alongside country
superstars including Alan Jackson, Joe Nichols and Troy
Cassar-Daley at the CMC Rocks the Hunter festival on
Saturday and Sunday to over 10,000 fans at Hope Estate
Winery.
With the event being televised to
over 60 million people throughout America, Mark is thrilled
to be offered a place on the legendary line-up
‘‘I’m really excited
to just be playing one of the biggest ever international
country music line-ups in Australia,’’ said
Wells.
‘‘It’s a really
huge festival in terms of the number of people that
come to this and hopefully it is going to be amazing
exposure. I’m really excited to be doing this
in the Hunter, it will be such an amazing opportunity
for me.”
With a new album set to be released
during 2011 Wells added: “I'm hoping CMC Rocks
the Hunter is going to get my music noticed not only
by Novocastrians but also within the international country
music arena.”
