Star’s rise within the country music festival
scene
After the recent success of Wells’
debut EP “Playing with Fire”, Mark Wells
is now quickly becoming a regular fixture around the
Australian Country Music Festival scene.
Wells has enjoyed playing at such
music festivals as Optus National Music Muster, the
Deniliquin Ute Muster, Tamworth Country Music Festival,
CMC Rocks the Snowy’s.
Throughout 2010 Wells has played
alongside an array of iconic artist in both country
and rock, including Lee Kernaghan, Kasey Chambers, Cold
Chisel, Jasmine Rae, The McClymonts and Jimmy Barnes.
“It’s been a great year,”
says Wells. “Not only have l had the chance to
play some biggest festivals in the country, but I’ve
also been able to play alongside many of the musicians
that I look up to.”
2011 is looking like it is going
to be just as busy with many exciting live events and
festival dates in the pipeline.
